Design automation for digital systems
vanCleemput W., Ofek H. Computer17 (10):114-122,1984.Type:Article
Date Reviewed: May 1 1985

The authors present an overview of the different automated design aid (CAD) and design simulation (CAS) processes. As this article is intended to brief the reader on the factors and classification of various aspects of design automation, it is best used as a “big picture” of this subject. The accompanying references are fairly detailed and provide readers with a good entry point to further readings in this subject.
