TO LEE REVENS—A TRIBUTE
Computing Reviews announces the retirement of Lee Revens as Executive Editor. Lee has decided to retire after 13 years of dedicated work in order to recuperate from a severe illness. Since 1963 his unique combination of talents and his remarkable energies have been applied to the service offered by our publication.
We owe much to him. It was his daily efforts during this period that enabled our critical reviews of the computer literature to be brought to the community composed of individuals concerned with computers and computer science.
His associates—his friends at ACM and our many reviewers—hold him in fond regard and wish him a speedy recovery and a long and happy retirement.
