The objective of this paper is to show the consistency among software metrics proposed by various researchers. It is doubtful, at least to this reviewer, that this goal is realized. Several unsupported, or at best questionable, assumptions are made. Král mentions studies by Boehm [1], Wolberg [2], and Walston and Felix [3] in the Abstract, but relies at least as heavily on studies by Halstead [4] and Putnam [5] in the body of the paper.

Essentially, this paper consists of algebraic and statistical manipulations of different software equations and metrics. Little attention is given to the origins and correctness of those equations. Consequently, Král’s conclusions are not convincing, particularly in light of the associated assumptions.
